I Have Bad Credit and I Need a Legitimate Car Loan Online With No Down Payment!

car insuranceSmoke and mirrors. That's what I think of when I look at some websites on the internet. When you've got bad credit and you're looking for a real car loan without hassles and gimmicks, it's tough sometimes knowing where to turn. It seems like there are thousands of websites on the internet and it's just tough knowing what is real and what isn't.

Well, you'll find that there are some good companies, but it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack, as the old saying goes. Here's a few tips that will help you in being certain that a company that offers bad credit auto loans is legitimate and isn't just trying to snag your wallet.

1) Make sure you only deal with a company that is listed with the Better Business Bureau Online (BBB Online) Phone or check online to ensure that they are registered and that there are no complaints filed against them.

2) Track record is everything. Be sure to check that they have been in business for several years and that they have successfully helped hundreds of people get approved for loans. Online review sites are great for this.

3) Are they a real lending agency or are they simply trying to generate leads for a car dealership? This is a common problem which can easily be avoided by following the first two steps. Who wants a call from a dealership trying to sell them a car? Not me!

4) Can they truly offer a no money down auto loan package, or is that just another advertising gimmick? Always read the fine print.

If you keep these tips in mind and do some research, you will have no problem finding the best auto loan even if you have no credit at all.

Got into a Car Accident? Your Step-by-Step Guide on What to Do

Getting into a car accident can be a stressful ordeal, so it helps knowing how to deal with it. When faced with a car accident, the most important thing is to maintain a clear presence of mind. With this, you will be able to go through the important motions that should follow an accident.

Recovering from an accident takes time. But at the moment immediately following an accident, you don’t have to worry about all the things you need to do. Just keep these four important steps in mind for the meantime.

Step 1: Take stock of the situation

The first and most important thing you need to do is to take stock of your situation. Go out to examine the accident and how much damage it caused. First, check for injuries so you can call for medical attention when necessary. In case of injuries, call for medical help then try to help the injured persons. It helps to always carry a first aid kit in your car for such unexpected situations. However, make sure not to move the victims while applying first aid. Wait for the paramedics to be the ones to move them, unless the car starts to smoke or a flame begins, in which it is important to get as far away from the vehicle as possible.

In case of minor accidents wherein injuries are minor or there are no injuries at all, you can turn your attention to the extent of damage done to your car and to the other vehicle involved. At this point, you can move to step 2.

Step 2: Gather information

It is essential to get all the information pertaining to the accident. You have to get information about the accident itself and about those who were involved. First, document the accident by taking pictures of it from all possible angles. The pictures can be used to determine who is at fault and what really occurred. Photograph all damages done to the vehicles as well. Also, look for witnesses and get their contact numbers as well. This will help you be able to establish what really happened in case there is a dispute between you and the other party.

Then get information about the other party. The information you should ask for includes the name, address, contact number, car make and model, license plate number, the vehicle identification number of the car.

Step 3: File a police report

With complete information in hand, call the police and file a report for the car accident. Regardless of how minor a car accident is, always be sure to involve the police. If you can’t gather all the information you need from an uncooperative third party, the police will help you with this. Filing a report will help speed up and make it easier for you to file a claim. If the need to call a police is not necessary anymore, be sure to at least go to nearby police stations and make a report just to keep it on record.

Step 4: Contact your insurance agent or agency

Finally, make a call to your insurance agent or to your agency’s emergency hotline. If possible, in case of major accidents, make the call at the scene of the accident and with the police present. The police can help explain the accident and provide more accurate information about it to the insurance company, which can help speed up your claims request.

Do: Keep calm so you can deal with the accident the right way.

Don’t: Don’t panic.
The Verdict: It is scary and nerve-wracking to get into an accident. But no matter how careful you try to be as a driver, car accidents are a part of every driver’s life. Whether quite minor, you can’t expect to prevent accidents from happening. The best you can do is to prepare yourself so if they do happen, you will know what to do.

Keep Your Car Clean With These Tips ||| NEW !

After purchasing a new car, most of us start out with a strong resolve to keep it clean. All sorts of promises are made, from not eating in the car, to never leaving jackets or other items in the back seat. There may even be promises of washing and vacuuming the car every weekend.

While most of us tend to relax our cleaning efforts after a few months, it does not mean our cars cannot look great, even as they age. There are a number of ways to keep a car clean that requires little to no effort. If you want to make your car look great and feel clean, here are some suggestions to consider.

One of the most common cleaning issues with vehicles is that sometimes allow miscellaneous items to pile up in the back seat. Jackets, books, homework folders, old clothes, and other items settle into the back seat and seem to take up space. All too often, these items can remain in the car for days or even weeks.

To eliminate the clutter, impose a twenty-four hour rule: any spare item that goes into the car must come out of the car within twenty-four hours. This is a great method because it helps keep your car clean from unnecessary clutter.

Trash is almost as much of an issue as clutter. To deal with this issue, always keep a small garbage bag tucked into the glove compartment or the pocket on the back of the seats. Use the bag to gather up any fast food containers, candy wrappers, or other discarded junk from the interior of the car, and then toss the bag into a nearby trash receptacle. This is something that should be done at least once per week. This allows you to keep the interior of your car trash free.

Households with kids know that taking food along on any road trip is necessary. However, eating while the car is in motion can be messy. To protect the upholstery, use spill-proof cups and simple plastic holders for finger foods. Many of these food holders have flexible bands across the mouth of the device, making it easy for your kids to reach in and grab whichever snack is available. If the holder is dropped, the bands keep the snacks from falling onto the seats or floorboard carpeting. While they cost a little more, these devices make it much easier to keep the upholstery in good condition.

Adults, of course, can also spill liquids in the car. For this reason, always use insulated cups that are equipped with lids for beverages such as coffee, tea, or colas. It is just as easy to enjoy your drink, but if the container does fall to the floor, only a small amount of liquid may spill onto the carpeting. This can make it much faster to clean if something happens to spill.

Many people do not realize how many surfaces they touch while in a vehicle. If your hands are greasy or dirty, some of the dirt and grime may be left behind each time you rub against the upholstery, touch the dashboard, or handle the steering wheel. To keep the accumulation of grime to a minimum, always keep hand wipes in the glove compartment. A quick cleanup after grabbing a burger at a drive-through can save you a lot of time later on, since you should not have to remove the grease.

Resealable bags are a great way to deal with all sorts of situations. Large bags can be used to keep wet clothing or muddy shoes from coming in contact with the upholstery or carpeting. Small bags are ideal for carrying along a moistened washcloth for cleaning an infant’s face and hands after a snack. Keep a few of these bags tucked into the glove compartment in case there is an emergency.

Even under the best of circumstances, some stains are bound to develop on the upholstery. Often, non-gel toothpaste can come in handy. For stains like ketchup or lipstick, quickly apply a little of the toothpaste to the stain, then rub gently with a wet cloth.

One final way to keep your car clean and fresh is to invest in a good quality hand-held vacuum. This device can be used to remove crumbs from the interior, thus eliminating the chance of oil stains while also keeping the area fresh and inviting. Remember to charge the battery on the vacuum now and then; this ensures the device is ready when you need it.

When cleaning your car, remember to avoid anything that can cause a spill or make a mess on your carpeting or upholstery. Although that is easier said than done, you should take precautionary measures to ensure the car stays clean. Cleaning the car often is a great first step to keep the car looking great. If your kids like to eat during road trips, be sure to seal the food and drinks in a container that makes it difficult to spill. Hand wipes also help significantly because they allow you to clean your hands before touching the upholstery.

Car Insurance and Your Claims: They MUST Pay!

car insuranceTo further complicate matters, even if a loss is covered, the policy most likely includes a deductible as well as coverage limits. Depending on the nature of the loss, multiple insurance companies may be involved(one of which may be car insurance northern ireland). For example, if a storm strikes and you have both wind and flood damage, you may have to file a claim with your homeowners insurance for the wind damage and another with the national flood insurance program (if you have flood insurance) for the water damage.

Depending on where you live, your deductible may be higher under certain circumstances. For example, in Florida, your deductible for hurricane damage is much higher than if your home was burglarized. So, will your insurance company pay or won't they? Look at it this way, insurance companies DON'T want to pay. They are in business to generate profits and will need to be convinced BY YOU that the claim should be paid. The burden of proof lies on you, the homeowner. This means that you will need to prove your case and do it well. The better prepared and more organized you are, the better.

Start with documentation. You may need to take dozens of photos and provide your insurance agent with detailed estimates to counter against the insurance company's original settlement offer. You may need to demand to see how the agent depreciated your property and negotiate a more reasonable method. While your homeowner's insurance policy is a contract, the claims process does provide room for negotiations with auto insurance company (more information on best negotiation tactics in How to Contact with Auto Insurance Company? article).

insuranceYour best bet is to be prepared for a fight. Your tools in this battle include a detailed home inventory, digital photos and video documenting the damage, estimates from local contractors, and a willingness to demand a better offer. You don't have to do this alone. In fact, many contractors are willing to be present during the insurance adjuster's visit to help point out damage that the adjuster might have otherwise ignored. In addition, public insurance adjusters act as advocates for the homeowner and work on your behalf to negotiate a higher settlement offer.

Arm yourself with knowledge, documentation, and real-world estimates while also considering professional representation and you'll be better equipped to answer the question, "Will they pay for it?"

Some Tips for Insured on Keeping Your Auto Insurance Premium Rates Down

Tips you can use car insurance rates comparison
There are so many ways that you can use to keep your auto insurance rates down and some of them you can use at the same time as other discounts to maximize your savings.

Here are some things that you can ask your auto insurance company for:

- Ask if you can receive a discount if you have more than one type of insurance with their company. For instance, you may find that you can have your auto insurance and your homeowner’s insurance with this company and they will provide you with a combined discount. Carry all of your insurance policies with them, such as auto, home, and life and you may find that you can get even more money off.

- If the driver of the car is a student or is listed as a driver on the car, you may find that you can get a good student discount. This is where the student maintains at least a B average on their report card. You may be required to take that report card to the automobile insurance company each time it comes out, but it really pays off. If grades go down, the discount may disappear until the grades go back up.

- See if there are any safe driver discounts available. When you haven’t had a ticket or an accident, you may find that there are discounts available for you.

- If you are a senior citizen and you’ve not had any accidents in a specific amount of time, there may be discounts available to you.

- You can always raise your deductible to cheaper car insurance premium online from auto insurer. However, you need to keep in mind that doing so will result in a higher out-of-pocket expense if an accident does occur. The standard deductible is $500, but some individuals will go as high as $2,000 to save some money on their premium. If you can pay $2,000 if an accident occurs, then that will work fine. Just make sure your deductible is not higher than what you can afford in case damage is done to your car and you need to pay it.

- You may wish to shop around. You may find a company that offers the same coverage for a lower price. You always want to compare before you make a commitment.

You want to use all of these tips so that you can save yourself quite a bit of money.
How you can compare auto insurance quotes online?

When finding the right company to do business with, it is very important that you compare. You can do this by calling companies and recording the different rates that they quote you. You can also do this by going to their websites and filling out the forms on their websites to receive quotes for the auto insurance you want. This allows you to compare in a much easier way. Take all of that information and make an informed decision.

Lamborghini 2009 Gallardo LP560-4 Coupe

For 2009, Lamborghini today took the wraps off a more potent version of its Gallardo coupe, called the LP560-4. The car delivers 560 horsepower at 8,000 rpm via a 5.2-liter V10 engine. The car is capable of hitting 62 mph in an amazing 3.7 seconds. The sprint to twice that speed -- 124 mph -- takes just 11.8 seconds.

The 560 portion of the car's name reflects its horsepower, while the "4" designation indicates all-wheel-drive. The "4" was likely added to the name in anticipation of the forthcoming rear-wheel-drive variant, which will likely end in "2."

The engine not only gains power and displacement, it also features a new "Iniezione Diretta Stratificata" direct injection system. Despite its clearly increased output, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions have been reduced by a staggering 18 percent.

The enlarged and clearly redesigned cooling intakes meet the demands of augmented engine. The front spoiler, positioned low between the air intakes, improves aerodynamic equilibrium at high speeds.

The redesigned four-wheel-drive system, an improved suspension design, and optimized aerodynamics all contribute an improved driving experience. A weight reduction of 44 lbs and decreased friction between the components also enhance performance.

The Gallardo LP560-4 fulfils the not yet obligatory European pedestrian safety regulations, without compromising the look of the car.

The automated e-gear transmission has been completely redesigned for the LP560. Gear change time reduced by 40 percent, and the driver may choose between five different driving and changing programs. The most performance-oriented "CORSA" setting not only affects shift speed -- it also directs the engine for maximum acceleration. The 'Thrust Mode' ensures maximum acceleration from neutral while the angle of the throttle valve and the clutch are optimized.

An optional carbon-ceramic-disc braking system makes use of eight-piston Brembo calipers up front, and four-piston calipers at he rear. Rotor size is 14.4 inches at the front and 14 inches at the rear.

Bi-Xenon headlights provide plenty of illumination at night, while LED daytime running lights give the car a more aggressive and high-tech look.

Audi A6 2009

Audi is working quickly to update its lineup these days, with the 2009 Audi A6 the latest model to get a makeover. While it's not getting the same level of attention as the redesigned 2009 A4, a major engine addition and a number of minor tweaks should help the refreshed A6 maintain lead in global sales over the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which it holds despite selling just 12,000 vehicles in the U.S. in 2007, compared with almost 49,000 for the E-Class and more than 54,000 for the 5 Series.
New to the 2009 Audi A6's engine options is a supercharged, 3.0L direct-injection V-6 rated at 300 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque in U.S. spec. Called the 3.0 TSFI V6, the engine has a relatively high 10.5:1 compression ratio, a bore size of 3.33 in. and a stroke of 3.5 in. The supercharger is a Roots-style unit with twin four-vane rotors housed entirely between the cylinder banks. The vanes can spin at up to 23,000 rpm, pushing through 2204.6 lb of air per hour at a maximum boost pressure of 11.6 psi. This design allows the engine to hit its torque peak at just 2500 rpm and sustain that output until 4850 rpm. Peak power comes at slightly below 5000 rpm and revolutions top out at 6500 rpm. The entire package is fairly lightweight, tipping the scales at about 417 lb.

Although straight-line performance and fuel-economy numbers for the U.S.-spec 3.0L TSFI engine aren't yet available, the European version -- rated at 290 hp -- helps the A6 sprint 0-to-62 mph in 5.9 sec with an electronically limited 155 mph, all while getting a combined fuel economy of 24.8 mpg (European cycle).
The 3.0L TSFI will be the lone engine offered in the A6 Avant and it largely replaces the existing 255-hp 3.2L V-6, which will continue to serve duty in the front-drive version of the A6 sedan mated to a continuously variable transmission. All A6s fitted with the new V-6 will come with a new rear-biased 40/60 torque split version of Audi's signature quattro AWD system mated to a six-speed automatic with Tiptronic. The optional 350-hp 4.2L V-8 remains unchanged, as does the 435-hp 5.2L V-10 that powers the S6. The RS6 and its 580-hp twin-turbo 5.0L V-10 is still not expected to make it to North American shores, despite the arrival of a sedan variant.

Audi has also reportedly massaged the A6's suspension in an effort to further improve both comfort and handling, with new, large-diameter shocks up front being the major change, along with improved spring response. We won't get Audi's air suspension for our versions of the A6, however.
In addition to the new engine and underpinning updates, the 2009 A6 also undergoes some minor cosmetic changes and interior upgrades. There are new R8-inspired headlights equipped with LED daytime running lights, a new front fascia featuring different foglamps, and a revised grille. At the rear, Audi is adding two-piece LED taillights with nighttime optics to the sedan, which are similar to that of the current A6 Avant. There are also new wheels, additional interior aluminum trim on the steering wheel and other surfaces, and higher-resolution instrument cluster graphics. The A6's optional side assist blind-spot detection system turns on an alarm light on the side mirror if it detects a vehicle the way. In European spec, the system kicks in at 37.3 mph (60 km/h) and can detect cars as far as 164 ft (50 meters) away. Last, a new third-generation version of Audi's MMI Multi Media System is coming for next fall for the 2010 model.
The 2009 Audi A6 makes its global debut this month at the Moscow auto show and goes on sale in January 2009 in the U.S. Pricing will be announced at a later date, but expect it to remain roughly the same as that of the present car.

2009 Nissan Teana Sedan

Nissan with its Chinese joint-venture partner Dongfeng has presented the new 2009 Nissan Teana and the more luxurious Teana XV at the 2008 Beijing Motor Show recently. The car is based on the Nissan Intima Concept that was revealed October last year at the Tokyo Motor Show.
The luxurious front-wheel-drive Teana sedan is powered by Nissan’s award-winning VQ35DE 3.5 liter V6 engine which is mated to the CVT transmission for the Chinese market. When the car goes on sale in late summer, a VQ25DE 2.5 liter 4-cylinder and MR20DE 2.0 liter 4-cylinder engines will be available.
Power will come courtesy of Nissan’s V6 Engine(VQ25DE and VQ35DE versions) and XTRONIC CVT(continuously variable transmission) and especially for China - a two-liter four-cylinder engine(MR20DE) will also be made available.
The 2009 Nissan Teana shares the same platform as the Nissan Altima, Maxima and Murano while the Teana XV version will come with a BOSE 5.1-channel surround sound system and Nissan’s panoramic sunroof.
